Translating multiple pages at once

You can translate multiple pages into one or more languages in a single action. Batch translation saves time by translating several pages at once instead of repeating the process for each page individually.

Before you begin

  • Your website might already have the target language(s) added. If your site isn't multilingual yet, you can add a new website language during the translation process from the Translate page dialog.
  • To translate pages into a new language for the first time, include your Home page in the selection.

Translating multiple pages

  1. In the editor, click Pages to open the Page Manager.
  2. Click the three dots icon near the target page (we advise you to start with your Home page) and select Translate to... from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, click Select in the top right corner of the dialog and then click the three dots icon, that allows you to choose multiple pages in the same dialogue.
  3. In the Translate pages dialog, review the selected pages if needed.
  4. Choose one or more target languages from the list.
  5. Select Translate with AI to generate AI-powered translations.
If any selected pages have already been translated into one of the chosen languages, choose whether to:
  • Replace the existing translated pages, or
  • Create new translated page copies.
  1. Click Submit.

A progress window will appear while your pages are being translated. Once the process is complete, you'll see a summary showing which pages were translated successfully and any pages that couldn't be translated, along with the reason.

Note: Occasionally, AI service interruptions or an unstable internet connection may prevent some pages from being translated. If this happens, you'll see a Partial translation message showing how many pages couldn't be translated. Simply click Try again to retry the failed pages and complete the translation.
