Using Professional services with Your Gold Plan

This guide explains how to use Yola’s Professional services: how to start, how the process works, how to ask for changes, and how to stop using it if needed.

How to start

Professional services are only available to Gold plan users. You can upgrade from your account dashboard or just click the Professional services banner or link on the Topbar and proceed with the questionnaire that will lead you to the checkout.


Here’s the step-by-step process:

  1. Find the Professional services button on your Topbar or a banner on the left side of the screen. Click either of them.

  1. Next, you will see the pop-up screen with a questionnaire. Fill in the 4-step questionnaire, giving as many details as possible:

    Step 1. Choose the option that best describes your current needs
    Step 2: Provide the details needed
    Step 3: Fill in your contact information
    Step 4: Check the summary

  2. You can revisit any step by clicking the Back button.
  3. When you are done revising your summary, click Proceed to checkout.
  4. On the next step, confirm your credit card information for the renewal and click Buy now.

After the successful plan upgrade, you can schedule a call with our team to go through the details and confirm everything. 

Note: If you opt out of the call, the team will proceed based on your form.

After the onboarding call (or after 2 days since we have a call with you), the design team begins working on your website. You’ll receive your completed site (or redesign/migration) within one week of kickoff.

Once your site is delivered, you can ask for changes whenever needed, as long as you keep your Gold plan active.

How to request changes

You can request updates to your website by:

  • Filling out the Request Form
  • Contacting support via chat or email

How to stop using the service

Professional services are only available while your Gold subscription is active.

If you cancel your Gold plan:

  • Your access to Professional services ends immediately
  • You will lose access to unlimited edits and 24/7 customer support
  • Any open or pending work with the design team will be discontinued
  • Your website will be automatically unpublished

If you plan to keep your site live or continue using Professional services, do not cancel your subscription.

Yola offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Gold subscribers. If you cancel within that window, you can request a full refund.
