What are Professional services?

Professional services are a limited-time promotion available to customers who purchase the Yola Gold plan. With this offer, our team can build, redesign, or migrate your website for you,  based on the details you provide. This service is not a permanent feature of the Gold plan.

Who does the work?

A dedicated team of Yola designers and writers. You won’t be working with freelancers or external agencies.

Is this service really included in my plan?

Professional services are not part of the Gold plan itself. They are a promotional bonus currently offered to new Gold subscribers. If you purchase the Gold plan while the promotion is active, you’ll get access to one Professional service at no extra cost.

Note: This offer is available only during the promotional period and may not apply to existing Gold subscribers.

What do I need to provide?

We’ll ask you to fill in a short form about your business, services, contact info, and preferences. The more detail you provide, the better.

How do I get started?

You fill in a request form (link provided in the dashboard or support center). You’ll be offered an onboarding call to discuss your site.

What happens after I submit the form?

We begin work. If you schedule the onboarding call within 2 days, we use that input to guide the build. If not, we proceed based on the form alone.

How long does it take?

Once we begin, delivery usually happens within 7 days.

Do I get to review the site before it goes live?

Yes. You’ll receive a preview and can request edits before or after publishing.

Can I request edits after the site is delivered?

Yes. You can request changes anytime while your Gold plan is active. There’s no limit.

How do I request changes?

Use the Request Form. You can also reach out via chat or email to get help.

What kind of changes can I request?

We handle layout adjustments, text edits, image swaps, and page updates. We don’t support ongoing marketing, SEO planning, online store orders and inventory, or technical integrations.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel your Gold plan at any time. This automatically ends access to Professional services.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Yola’s standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Gold plan, including Professional services. If you cancel within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Can I use the service more than once?

Yes, but one request at a time. You can request another redesign, migration, or new site as long as your Gold plan stays active.
