Who should use the Professional services from Yola
Yola’s professional services are built for people who want a website but don’t have the time, experience, or interest to build one themselves.
Here are the most common situations where this service helps:
- You’re starting a new business and want to get online quickly
You know what your business is about, but you don’t want to spend days figuring out layouts, design, or writing text. We take your input and build a professional-looking site that reflects your goals.
- You already have a website, but it feels outdated or incomplete
Maybe your site hasn’t been updated in years. Maybe it doesn’t reflect what you offer anymore. We can redesign it, whether it’s hosted on Yola or somewhere else, to match your current business vision.
- You want to switch platforms but don’t want to start over
If you’re moving from another website builder to Yola, we’ll recreate your site for you. You won’t need to copy and paste content or figure out how to redo layouts.
- You prefer to delegate design and content work
Even if you’re comfortable managing a website, you might prefer someone else to take care of the first version or do a major update. This saves you time and gives you a base you can later edit as needed.
- You want reliable, ongoing help without hiring someone
As long as you stay on the Gold plan, you can request unlimited changes to your site. This means you don’t need to pay a freelancer every time you need a tweak.
What you can request
With Professional services, you can choose one service to be completed by our team. The available services are:
- New website. We build a website from scratch based on the details you provide.
- Website redesign. We rework the layout, structure, and content of an existing site.
- Website migration. We recreate your current website on the Yola platform, maintaining structure and content where possible.
Each customer can order one service. Once your selected service is delivered, you can request unlimited edits to that same website while your Gold plan remains active.
If you later want a different service (e.g., a second redesign or another migration), you’d need to request it separately, and availability may depend on the current promotion terms.
