Updating your Yola Mail mailbox password

You can change your mailbox password from both your Yola account and Yola Mail webmail. In this article, we will provide instructions for both methods.

Change mailbox password from your Yola account

To change your Yola Mail mailbox password from within your Yola account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and access the Email page.
2. (Optional) If you purchased Yola Mail for multiple domain names, use the Manage mailboxes for a different domain dropdown menu to select the correct domain.
3. Click on the mailbox you want to change the password for.
4. Click Change mailbox password for ‘mailbox’ to open the password settings.
5. Enter the new password into the Password field, and confirm it in the Confirm password field.
6. Click Change password.

Here’s how to change your email password while logged in to Yola Mail webmail:

1. Click Settings > Password.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Enter your current mailbox password in the Current Password field.
4. Enter your new mailbox password in the New Password and New Password (again) fields.
5. Click Save.
