Open Graph settings

Open Graph controls how your webpage appears when it's shared on social media platforms and messaging apps. Instead of displaying a plain link, you can show a rich preview with a title, description, and image.

Configuring Open Graph settings

  1. In the editor, go to Pages and open the Page Manager.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the page you want to edit and select Settings.
  3. Open the Open Graph tab. By default, the Open Graph title and Open Graph description use your page's SEO title and meta description. To use different text:
  • Clear the Same as page title checkbox to enter a custom Open Graph title.
  • Clear the Same as meta description checkbox to enter a custom Open Graph description.
  1. In the Open Graph image section, click Choose image… and select one of the available options:
    1. Upload image... to upload an image from your computer.
    2. Browse stock images... to choose an image from the stock image library.
    3. Add from URL... to use an image from a direct URL.
  2. Click Submit.

As you update the title, description, or image, the Open Graph preview at the top of the tab updates automatically so you can see how your page is likely to appear when shared. You can also hover over the preview image to view it more closely.

Remember to publish your website to apply the Open Graph settings.
