What happens to my Flash banners?
It depends on your browser version. It also depends on browsers that visitors use to access your published site. If their current browser supports Flash, then the banner should display as usual. For newer browser versions, all Flash banners will look broken or will not display.
Are all browsers affected by the change?
New browser releases drop the support of Flash. For instance, Safari 14 no longer supports Flash. This means that all Flash banners will look broken or will not display in this browser. The same case will become true for other browsers over time.
Which files are affected by the change?
The change affects Flash media (*.flv and *.swf) content.
Will I still be able to use the Flash widget?
During the site design in the Site Builder, you will see a warning message when you add the Flash widget.
Your published website is not going to be affected. The rendering of the Flash content depends on whether your or your visitors' browsers still support this technology.
