How to access your Dashboard

My Yola, also known as your Dashboard, is the admin portal for your account and the services you purchased through Yola. Here you can do the following:

• Manage your domains
• Set up and manage Yola Mail
• Manage the Online Store
• Access the Analytics and Traffic Builder
• Purchase and manage a new domain

Your Dashboard is what you see when you log into your account, but it can also be accessed from other areas of your account, such as the editor, Online Store, Help Center, and more. Let’s explore those possibilities.

Accessing the Dashboard from the editor

Here is how to access your Dashboard while editing your site:

1. In the Sitebuilder, click the Menu button in the top left corner of the screen.
   
   
   
2. In the Sidebar, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Go to dashboard.
   
   

Accessing the Dashboard from the Online store

If you use the Online store and want to get to your website’s Dashboard, follow these steps: 

1. While in Online Store, click the Back to editor button in the top-left corner of the screen.
   
   
   
2. This will take you to the Sitebuilder. Click the Menu button in the top-left corner of your screen.
   
   
   
3. In the Sidebar, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Go to dashboard.
   
   
   

Accessing the Dashboard from Analytics

Here is how to access your Dashboard for your website Analytics:

1. When viewing your Analytics, click the Back to editor button in the top-left corner.
   
   
   
2. This will take you to the Sitebuilder. Click the Menu button in the top-left corner of your screen.
   
   
   
3. In the Sidebar, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Go to dashboard.
   
   
   

Accessing the Dashboard from the Help center

You don’t have to switch tabs in your browser to get to the Dashbord while reading the Help center tutorials. Here is how you can access your Dashboard directly from the Help center:

1. If you haven’t logged into your Help center account, click the Sign in button in the top-right corner.
   
   
   
2. You’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your Yola account credentials.
3. Once you are directed back to our Help Center, click your profile icon on the upper-right side and then click My Yola. The Dashboard will open in the same window.
   
   

Logging out from the Dashboard

To log out of your account and quit My Yola, follow these steps:

1. When in My Yola, click your Account settings link in the Topbar.
2. Click the Logout link in the dropdown menu.
