If you allow your domain to expire and don’t renew it within the allotted time frame, there is a possibility that you may not be able to get it back and this could lead to your site no longer being accessible on the internet.

Yola offers auto-renewal for your convenience, your peace of mind, and to ensure that it’s business as usual when it comes to your online presence. There are other benefits to auto-renewal:

- You continue to enjoy all of Yola’s premium features.
Auto-renewal also means you never have to worry about your Yola account being downgraded or losing access to add-ons like the Online Store or Analytics.
Please note that custom domains are renewed automatically 15 days prior to their expiry date. We do this to ensure that you have sufficient time to update payment details and to provide you with an acceptable time frame during which you can contact us with any questions about your domain’s renewal. Rest assured, we will remind you of your domain’s upcoming auto-renewal via email 30 days before the expiry date. If you need a hand with your renewal or to update your payment details, please contact our Support team.
Your domains are registered to you until their expiry, so regular renewal reminders are to be expected. If you choose not to renew your domain, you can safely ignore the reminders and your domain will expire naturally.
To cancel auto-renewal, please contact our Support team. Please note that canceling auto-renewal on one domain does not cancel auto-renewal on any other domains or subscriptions you may have.
Note: If you renew your subscription manually, you will automatically opt into auto-renewal again.
