Changing your login email and password

Your password is for your security, so you need to change it yourself to verify your account ownership.

Here’s how to change your password:

  1. Log into your Yola account. 
  2. Hover over Account settings on the top right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

  4. On the Edit your account information page, scroll down to the Change your password section.

  5. Fill in the required password information and click the Change password button.

A message will display confirming your password has been successfully updated. 

Changing login email address

You can also change the email address in your profile. Here’s how to do this: 

  1. Log into your My Yola dashboard.
  2. Hover over Account settings on the top right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Change your details section, edit your email address.

  5. Click Change details once you are done. 

A message will display confirming your information has been successfully updated.

If you have forgotten your login email address, please get in touch with the support team with the following details:

  1. The name you used to sign up.
  2. The name of the site you created.
  3. If your site is published, the URL of the site.
  4. Any other possible email addresses you may have used to sign up.
