Your password is for your security, so you need to change it yourself to verify your account ownership.
Here’s how to change your password:
- Log into your Yola account.
- Hover over Account settings on the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- On the Edit your account information page, scroll down to the Change your password section.
- Fill in the required password information and click the Change password button.
A message will display confirming your password has been successfully updated.
Changing login email address
You can also change the email address in your profile. Here’s how to do this:
- Log into your My Yola dashboard.
- Hover over Account settings on the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- In the Change your details section, edit your email address.
- Click Change details once you are done.
A message will display confirming your information has been successfully updated.
If you have forgotten your login email address, please get in touch with the support team with the following details:
- The name you used to sign up.
- The name of the site you created.
- If your site is published, the URL of the site.
- Any other possible email addresses you may have used to sign up.
