Changing your login email and password

 

Changing login password

Need to change your password? No worries! Your password is for your security so you need to change it yourself to verify your ownership of the account.

To change your password:
1. Log into your Yola account. 
2. Hover over your email address.
3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

4. On the bottom half of the page, you will see a section called Change your password.

5. Once you have entered your new password information, click the Change password button.

A message will display to confirm that your password has been successfully updated. 

Changing login email address

Need to change your email address? You can do this easily by editing your profile. To change your login email address: 

1. Log into your My Yola dashboard.
2. Hover over your email address.
3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

4.  Edit your details as needed.

5. Click Change details once you are done. 

6. A message will display to confirm that your information has been successfully updated.

If you have forgotten your login email address, please get in touch with the support team with the following details:

  1. The name you used to sign up.
  2. The name of the site you created.
  3. If your site is published, the URL of the site.
  4. Any other possible email addresses you may have used to sign up.
