Recovering account access after losing access to login email

Did you lose access to your account login email? No need to despair. Just send an email to support@yola.com with the subject "Lost access to my login email”. 

Our support team member will walk you through the process of verifying your ownership of the account. You will be able to recover access to your account without compromising the privacy or security of your personal data.

Need help immediately? Try these steps before reaching out to support:

  1. Make sure that your caps lock is not turned on and that you haven’t entered any spaces before or after your email address when you try to log in, as this will prevent your email address from being recognized.
  2. If you have created more than one account with Yola, or if you own multiple email addresses, please make sure that you are using the correct one when you log in.

Please note: Yola will never disclose your login information to anyone - even someone claiming to be you!
