Recovering account access after losing access to login email

If you lost access to your account login email, you need to re-verify your Yola account ownership. Our Support Team can help you with this.

Before reaching support

Before reaching out to the Support Team, you can try these steps: 

  1. Ensure that your caps lock is not turned on and that you haven’t entered any spaces before or after your email address when you try to log in, as this will prevent your email address from being recognized.
  2. If you have created more than one account with Yola, or if you own multiple email addresses, please make sure you use the correct one when you log in.

If you still need the Support Team's help, email with the subject "Lost access to my login email”. 

Our Support Team member will walk you through verifying your account ownership. This will ensure recovering access to your account without compromising the privacy or security of your personal data.

Note: Yola will never disclose your login information to anyone – even someone claiming to be you!
