You can review your payments and billing history in your My Yola dashboard. You can access it from various places on the platform.
Here’s how to view your billing history:
- When in the Dashboard, hover over the Account settings link on the Topbar and choose the Billing history option from the dropdown menu.
- On the next page, you can browse through all your payments and find more detail about specific charges. You can also check here whether your recent payment went through.
What does “next billing date” mean?
Yola subscriptions, domains, and add-ons are automatically renewed using the payment information you provide when you sign up. Depending on what type of subscription you have purchased, your next billing date can be monthly or annual.
Your transaction receipt indicates when your next payment is due.
