Your billing history and billing dates

You can review your payments and the billing history in your My Yola dashboard. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Go to Website > Go to dashboard link.
  2. In My Yola dashboard, click on your email address tab in the upper right menu and then choose the Billing history option from the drop-down menu:


On the next page, you can browse through all your payments and find more detail about specific charges. You can also check whether your recent payment has gone through or not:



What does “next billing date” mean?

Yola subscriptions, domains, and add-ons are automatically renewed using the payment information you provide when you sign up. Depending on what type of subscription you have purchased, your next billing date can be monthly or annual. 
Your transaction receipt indicates when your next payment is due.
